1. Payment terms: The customer agrees to pay ASA Plumbing for all
services rendered as described in the written agreement. Payment is
due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Late fees and interest charges: Invoices not paid within 30 days of
the invoice date will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or
the maximum amount permitted by law. Any unpaid balance will also be
subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount
permitted by law.
3. Dispute resolution: Any disputes regarding invoices must be
submitted in writing to the plumbing company within 30 days of the
invoice date. Failure to dispute an invoice within this time period
constitutes acceptance of the invoice and its terms.
4. Collection efforts: In the event of non-payment, the plumbing
company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts through legal
means. Any legal fees or other costs incurred in collection efforts
will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Service charges: Any additional services or materials provided
beyond the scope of the original agreement will be invoiced separately
and are subject to the same payment terms and conditions.
6. Taxes and fees: The customer is responsible for all applicable
taxes and fees associated with the services provided by Asa Plumbing.
7. Cancellation policy: We understand that scheduling conflicts may
arise and we make every effort to accommodate our clients’ needs.
However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24
hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to fill the appointment slot with another client who
may be waiting for service.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with less than 24
hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. This fee is necessary
to cover the expenses and lost revenue associated with preparing for
and traveling to the appointment. The cancellation fee will be equal
to the minimum charge for the service appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment without
penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If we
need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the
scheduled appointment time, we will make every effort to provide an
alternate appointment time that is convenient for you.
8. Warranty: ASA Plumbing warrants all work performed and materials
provided for a period of one year from the completion date of the
project. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials,
but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, customer
negligence, or third-party interference. The customer is responsible
for maintaining the plumbing system in accordance with manufacturer
recommendations. Any defects or issues must be reported to the
plumbing company within 90 days of service.
9. Scope of Work: ASA Plumbing will perform plumbing services as
agreed upon in writing by both parties. This includes a description of
the services to be performed, the expected completion date, and any
exclusions or limitations to the services being provided.
10. Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work or materials must
be agreed upon in writing by both parties. A change order will be
issued, which will include a description of the changes, the
additional costs (if any), and the new completion date (if
applicable).
11. Permits and Inspections: The customer is responsible for obtaining
any necessary permits and inspections required for the work being
performed. ASA Plumbing will assist the customer with the permit
process as needed.
12. Access to Premises: The customer is responsible for providing ASA
Plumbing with access to the premises and ensuring that the work area
is clear of any obstructions. ASA Plumbing is not responsible for any
damage caused by the customer’s failure to provide adequate access.
13. Liability and Insurance: ASA Plumbing carries appropriate
insurance to cover any damage or injury that may occur during the
performance of their services. However, ASA Plumbing is not
responsible for any damage caused by the customer’s existing plumbing
system or for any damage caused by natural disasters. The customer
assumes all risk and liability for any damage or injury caused by the
plumbing system after completion of the project.
14. Disclaimers: ASA Plumbing is not responsible for any damage or
injury that may occur as a result of the customer’s failure to
properly maintain the plumbing system in accordance with manufacturer
recommendations. ASA Plumbing is also not responsible for any damage
caused by customer negligence, third-party interference, or natural
disasters.
15. Termination of Contract: Either party may terminate the contract
for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. If the
customer terminates the contract, they will be responsible for any
work already performed and any costs incurred up to the termination
date.
16. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes
arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the

acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and
conditions and agree to be bound by them.
These terms and conditions are intended to protect both Asa Plumbing
and the customer and should be reviewed carefully before any services
are provided. Asa Plumbing may modify these terms and conditions at
any time.
